What unhealthy foods do you crave? Are they a problem for your weight management? How would you like to crave foods your body knows are healthy instead?
Cravings for the wrong kind of foods can ruin a weight management programme, if they are a hindrance, you can get rid of them. If you want to flip the coin, why not crave food that your body knows is healthy?
You are healthy
What are your belief?s around your weight management and keeping the weight off healthily for life? It is not uncommon to hold beliefs that do not support your weight management efforts. These can hinder your efforts. I can help you illicit them then destroy them installing positive ones that will enhance your life in their place.
Feeling good about it
Self-esteem, if weight is an issue for you, the fact that it is an issue for you often reduces ones? self-esteem. Fortunately, there are many ways to increase this.
