This is run over a single session, for individuals competing I also run additional sessions prior to competitions, to build your state.

How do you make your performance in anything, great and consistent?

This has puzzled me for a long-time.

Then I discovered that what governs your performance at any given time is your state. Your state being the culmination of your physiology, breathing and mental presence at the time. The mental presence being all the beliefs, thoughts and emotional capacity within you for that task.

In turn your state is directly influenced by your current physiology, which in turn is lead by your breathing.

As a sportsman, I think to myself, why is it sometimes, I perform really well during a water-polo match and at other times terribly and there is little discernible difference in my fitness or knowledge of the game? How is it sometimes when I shoot towards goal my accuracy is un erring and at other times it?s just all over the place? Or in training you perform excellently and during a live game it all falls to pieces?

Infact, the principles of performance are actually utilised in pretty much all the change work I undertake, as the whole site is about performance and living a better more successful life!
